From You, To Me is a photo essay documenting my postpartum experience. Created in the early months following the birth of my son, I set out to capture the layered reality I was living through—a failed induction, battles with nursing, and a slow, disorienting descent into a postpartum depression that I wasn’t sure I would see the other side of.

It was a chapter marked by isolation and immense joy, all while I was quietly being shaped by a transformation I will forever be trying to make sense of. With the support of La Luz and The Experiences of Womanhood workshop lead by Elinor Carucci, I was able to document a time when life felt both impossibly big and painfully small.
